NFRC Logo Misuse

Help us stop misuse of the NFRC logo

The NFRC logo helps to protect the consumer or client to be able to identify a member company and the member from unfair competition.

It takes a strict vetting procedure for a company to become a registered member of NFRC, so if you believe that a company is misusing the NFRC logo or making false or misleading claims that they and/or their products are approved by NFRC, then we would like to hear from you. NFRC will investigate all claims and where appropriate NFRC will refer this matter to our legal counsel and to the local Trading Standards Authority for enforcement assistance.

Sometimes we may need to contact you for further information or additional evidence in order to substantiate your claim. Of course, the details you provide will be held in the strictest confidence and will never be divulged to any third party, without your consent.

NFRC take any logo misuse extremely seriously and with your help, we can help prevent others from being misled.
