Vetting process **

All NFRC members are rigorously vetted before they are accepted into membership, and all TrustMark members are inspected every three years. The NFRC only accepts the highest standards. This includes an inspection of past contracts. The level of craft skills, technical competence and financial stability are all taken into account to ensure that the company carries out the highest standards of workmanship and gives customers a good service. Domestic contractors are also TrustMark registered reassuring customers that they are fully protected. Put simply, the vetting criteria includes:

 

·          A sufficient trading period to have proved competence

·          Inspections of past contracts to check quality

·          Public, Employers’ and Third Party Insurance cover

·          Inspection of craft skills and technical competence in the types of roofing offered

·          Compliance with Health & Safety Legislation

·          Compliance with NFRC Code of Practice, as well as British and European Standards and technical Codes of Practice.

 

This stringent entry procedure means that you will be employing a reputable roofer.
