Using a NFRC member gives you peace of mind because all our members have excellent training and experience, effective health & safety policies, access to technical advice and information that they can share with their customers. All our domestic contractors (those that work on roofs of homes) are TrustMark registered. They are checked every three years and can offer insurance backed guarantees.

What is TrustMark?

This is a new scheme supported by the Government, consumer groups and the building industry to help protect customers from rogue traders. You no longer need to pick companies at random out of the phonebook - there is now a better way!

If a firm displays the TrustMark logo, you know that it is a reliable company that you can trust. A trade association or other certification organisation that has been approved by TrustMark has checked the firm and found that it meets the high standards set by the Government.

This means its standards are set high enough to be part of this government endorsed scheme. You can ensure that your roof is completed to the highest possible standards with the minimum of interruption to your life. All our members comply with the NFRC Code of Practice.

If you do ever have a problem with any of our contractors, NFRC has a free and impartial conciliation and arbitration service to ensure that it is dealt with quickly and fairly. NFRC has an easy complaints procedure.
