NFRC operates a warranty scheme known as Co-partnership. A client can choose to purchase a warranty through the contractor from QANW (our chosen warranty provider), which will cover workmanship and materials and is insurance backed. Therefore in the event of a problem the contractor returns within the time period to complete any repairs. In the case of a material failure the manufacturer or merchant supplier replaces the faulty material and compensates the contractor for his labour. In the event of either being forced into liquidation/receivership the insurance company (QANW) fulfils the warranty.
The minimum time period is 10 years but 15 and 20 year warranties are available so check with the manufacturer that the products you wish to install are covered for the time period required. Rates for time periods and other conditions are available from QANW.
