NFRC has a well-proven commitment to Training and Education through our representation and relationships with Regional Roof Training Groups, our various committees and joint initiatives with ConstructionSkills and our Skills Competitions (SkillBuild and the IFD World Championships for Young Roofers) amongst other things.
NFRC then launched a new type of affiliated membership for roofing colleges in the UK.
The Affiliated Colleges Programme was launched on 1st April 2007 and is designed to bring about a more co-ordinated approach to college support and to enhance the already close relationships between roofing colleges and NFRC.
Many of our affiliated colleges will have students or candidates from NFRC member companies and have strong links with our Associate members who kindly support colleges with roofing materials, not only for training but also for competition heats and finals.
