Company Profile

Associated Lead Mills Ltd is the UK’s leading distributor of Rolled Lead, hard metals and ancillary products. 2 form part of the 2iM group of companies, We have our distribution network in Hoddesdon, Barnsley, Glasgow and our lead manufacturing plant in Ebbw Vale.  We sell lead under ALM and hard metals under ALM HM.  Our Rolled lead sheet is produced to BSEN 12588 and manufactured under the envirolead brand.  All our lead is manufactured by our sister company Envirowales.  Envirowales Limited is an industry-leading, lead acid battery recycling plant located in Ebbw Vale, South Wales. Our aim is to recycle as many of the constituent parts of the battery as possible. Currently we are achieving a recycling efficiency of over 95% and are continuing to work to increase this figure.  We promote our lead under the TOPHAT initiative.  Our specification team work closely with architects and developers promoting our envirolead brand and many of the leading hard metal companies.
ALM HM sells various hard metals including Zinc, Copper, Stainless Steel, Steel, Aluminium and all Accessories.   We hold extensive stock ensuring that fabricators, installers and end users throughout the UK market can obtain the metals they need quickly and affordably.
