Did you know you could hold your meeting, training course or conference at NFRC Head Office in central London? Our newly-refurbished business suite has six modern meeting rooms perfect for corporate hire.

You can reserve your room by a half day or full day with rates and offers that work with your budget. We can also offer an hourly rate for last-minute bookings on the day.

Flexible Room Layout Options:

We have a number of spaces that are perfect for small meetings, conferences or training courses, with multiple layout options and breakout areas.

Facilities and Technology:

Our facilities include iPad guest login, manned reception, photocopying services and multiple catering options will ensure that your event will be fully equipped for success. See specific room technology specs below.

Room 6 also has a high-specification video conference system with 'follow the speaker' camera and is compatible with Microsoft Teams and Zoom—ideal for hybrid meetings.

Rooms 4, 5 and 6 have acoustic dividers allowing the whole space to be hired as a single room, or divided into two or three smaller meeting spaces.

20% discount for NFRC Members and Industry Partners
30% discount for multi-users (more than 10 bookings per year)
