The following sets out Terms of Use that apply to all users of the Site. Please find below the different user types:
 
  • ‘Members’ refers to a company that is a member of the Federation.
  • ‘Non-members’ refers to individuals who register on the Site to access the free content, but are not ‘members’.

By using the Site you are deemed to have read and accepted the Terms of Use. The NFRC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and/or content of the website.

Data Protection
The NFRC is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, ICO registration number Z505757X. Our use of personal information supplied by you is when you use the Site, is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Any attempt to interfere with the site will be considered a breach of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use with the consequence that your access to the site will be terminated.

Some information, such as the technical guidance documents, are only available to members of the NFRC.
 
Usernames and Passwords for members are issued upon completion of the membership application, for which you will be required to submit personal information. Further details on how we collect and process your personal data are set out in the NFRC Privacy Policy
 
You are responsible for the security of username/password information that is supplied to you or changed by you. The password must not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties. You are responsible for all uses of your account or password whether authorised by you or not.
