Jas leads all coaching activities directly with his clients, delivering the results they’re aiming for. His role also encompasses all sales operations, and he’s the sole presenter at REACH Business Coaching events.
Deeply passionate about coaching, Jas has a natural talent for bringing out the best in people, a skill he’s honed since 2007. Before founding REACH Business Coaching, he worked across a wide range of industries including wholesale, retail, recruitment, banking, telecommunications, and the service sector. He’s led and managed teams ranging from 2 to 240 people, giving him a sharp understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face.
Jas has built REACH into a thriving coaching practice by helping his clients build successful businesses of their own. The approach is rooted in goal setting, time management, financial control, customer service, marketing and sales, systems and processes, and everything involved in managing people and much more.
