Early bird tickets available

NFRC is giving guests the chance to secure their tickets in advance at a special early bird rate. The event has attracted tens of thousands of roofing professionals and enthusiasts over the past twenty-one years and continues to grow, with guests travelling from as far as the United States to enjoy the celebrations. 

A limited number of early bird ticket rates (holding 2026 prices) are available to purchase on a first come, first served basis. These limited tickets are available until 30 October or until sold out, at which point the standard 2027 ticket prices will kick in. NFRC encourages anyone wishing to attend to book their place/s in advance to take advantage of the discounted ticket rates to avoid disappointment. Likewise, there are some great sponsorship deals currently available to companies wanting to get on board early.

Ticket/Table Prices

Tickets are available to purchase through the dedicated ticket site and are offered at discounted rates for NFRC members and when purchasing tables of ten tickets.

A limited number of early bird tickets are available at the following rates:

All ticket purchases are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 1.6%* of the VAT inclusive order value, plus 20p.

Cancellation policy

f you need to cancel your booking, please email [email protected] and state your booking reference number and how many of your tickets you wish to cancel. Regrettably the booking fee is non-refundable and all refunds are subject to the following:

• If cancelled before 30 November 2026, 50% refund (less booking fees)
• If cancelled between 1 December 2026 and 29 January 2027, 25% refund (less booking fees)
• Cancellations on or after 30 January 2027, sorry no refund.

Hotel rooms

For awards guests wishing to stay overnight, we will have a special event room rate at InterContinental London — The O2. This applies to a limited number of rooms only, on a 'first come - first served' basis.  Hotel room bnookings open soon, so please check back in a couple of weeks to book.

We suggest always checking room prices through alternative booking sites to ensure that you get the best rate.
