Tickets are available to purchase through the button above and are offered at discounted rates for NFRC members and when purchasing tables of ten tickets.

All ticket purchases are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 1.6%* of the VAT inclusive order value, plus 20p.

Cancellation policy

f you need to cancel your booking, please email [email protected] and state your booking reference number and how many of your tickets you wish to cancel. Regrettably the booking fee is non-refundable and all refunds are subject to the following:

• If cancelled before 31 December 2025, 50% refund (less booking fees)
• If cancelled between 1 January 2026 and 28 February 2026, 25% refund (less booking fees)
• Cancellations on or after 1 March 2026, sorry no refund.

If you wish to sell/transfer your tickets to another company, please email [email protected] so we can ensure we have all the correct guest information.

Hotel rooms

For awards guests wishing to stay overnight, we have an event room rate at InterContinental London — The O2. This applies to a limited number of rooms only, on a 'first come - first served' basis.  Click the link below to book your room.
