KARL TERRY

Karl has been Chairman of NFRCs Heritage committee and is a member of Institute of Roofing

He is a freeman of the City of London and a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Tylers and Bricklayers

In 2015 he was awarded Master Craftsman status by The Workshipful Company of Tylers and Bricklayer in 2015

In 2015v hew was awarded “ Outstanding Contribution to The Roofing Industry Award at the UK Roofing Awards

Karl has extensive knowledge of clay tiling with his speciality being Kent peg Tiling. He has contributed to various articles and has his work included in English Heritage book English Heritage Practical Building Conservation Roofing.

He also has an extensive collection of antique peg tiles and moulds etc which he has shown at the Kent County show and various History Societies
