This can be used to improve your awareness of the different responsibilities that are placed upon dutyholders in construction. It includes information on the new bodies that will oversee the regime, on responsibilities for those who design, build, own or manage Higher Risk Buildings, on new systems, processes and competence requirements, and on relevant legislation.
