Criteria for determining whether a building is a higher-risk building

The government has updated its guidance on the criteria for determining whether a building is a higher-risk building during the occupation phase of the new higher-risk regime.

The guidance clarifies that a rooftop garden is not considered a storey, so the floor level of the roof should not be measured which is illustrated in diagram 11.
