Recognising the unique pressures on trade industries, DWP is investing in teams of experienced Recruitment Managers to deliver tailored recruitment support. Whether you're facing skills shortages, fluctuating demand, or looking to modernise your hiring process, this new strategy aims to position DWP as your go-to partner for recruitment.
Among the services offered are:
- Candidate pre-screening and shortlisting
- Help with the application process
- Access to pre-employment training schemes
- Promotion of job opportunities to active jobseekers
- Use of Jobcentre Plus offices for interviews (where available)
- Support with organising local recruitment events
These services are free of charge and designed to reduce the burden of hiring while ensuring that businesses connect with motivated, qualified candidates.
