CSCS has issued guidance on how individuals holding IA cards can move on to the right card.
CSCS has announced that CSCS cards obtained via Industry Accreditation (IA) will no longer be renewed, with these cards expiring on 31 December 2024. This follows the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) decision that all cards should be achieved via a qualification by the end of 2024, as a demonstration of competence to undertake their role. CSCS has issued guidance on the different ways that individuals holding Industry Accreditation cards can move on to the right card. The guidance covers the necessary action for firms operating in all UK nations.
