NFRC and NFRC CPS joined forces to mark Mental Health Week which ran from the 13 to 19 May. The theme was movement so staff got their running, golf and dancing shoes on and literally got moving. The target was to turn each minute into a mile to cover the distance between our most northerly, westerly, southerly and eastern member, a distance of 1400 miles as the crow flies and celebrating the UK wide coverage our members provide. The target was smashed with over 4000 minutes clocked up! Everyone who took part enjoyed the challenge and felt the positive impact that moving more had on their physical and mental health.
NFRC has launched the third campaign as part of its Health, Safety and Wellbeing strategy. Titled “Weather the Storm”, the campaign is dedicated to making wellbeing part and parcel of Health and Safety.
Catching a health problem early can prevent bigger costs later. Here's how the NFRC Bupa Scheme can help employees get support before problems become serious.
