NAW 2026–Luke, Dalton Roofing

To celebrate National Apprenticeship Week 2026, NFRC invited our members to spotlight their apprentices, share their story, and tell us more about the importance of apprenticeships and what they have to offer.

Luke is completing his apprenticeship with Leeds College of Building and Dalton Roofing. He says doing an apprenticeship has helped him gain confidence, and he plans to continue learning and developing his skills to become the best roofer he can be.

My plan for when I finish my apprenticeship is to carry on working hard, to keep learning new skills and to always to improve my knowledge.
