New Basic Minimum Pay Rate–Construction Industry Joint Council Pay Promulgation

The Construction Industry Joint Council (CIJC) has confirmed new rises to basic pay rates for everyone from general operatives to apprentices, which come into effect from Monday 30 June onwards.

NFRC Members are advised to consult the CIJC Pay Promulgation, available to Members at the bottom of this page.

The CIJC have also received confirmation from HMRC to the rise in the level of non-taxed benefits in line with March 2025 CPI.
