As of 4 September, key national news outlets are reporting on safety issues associated with reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) planks in over 150 schools in England. NFRC's Technical Team, alongside CROSS and DLUHC, developed a Safety Alert on RAAC when the issue was highlighted in 2019.
