“My NFRC” the All-New Personalised Portal

Over the past two years, NFRC has introduced a series of new digital products to improve and enhance the member experience at nfrc.co.uk. 

The latest update, My NFRC, is a personalised hub on our website that puts people in control of the content and resources that matter most to their business. 

From here, members can explore their benefits, such as the NFRC Private Medical Insurance scheme, or a library of free* BSI documents. In addition, members can personalise their experience to ensure they never miss the latest news and updates from across the industry.

Richard Miller, Director of Membership, explains, “We have over 1,300 member organisations registered with NFRC, and within each of those businesses are people with individual interests and preferences. If you only offer flat roofing services, information about pitched roofing isn’t relevant to you. And if you work in finance or recruitment, you’re unlikely to be interested in the latest BSI updates. That’s why it’s essential to put people in control of the content they want to see.”

The portal, accessible by logging into the NFRC website, is designed to provide easy navigation across the core pillars of NFRC Membership, including dedicated regional support and technical guidance.

• Explore membership benefits, including private medical insurance and BSI Documents.
• Set personal preferences to receive more relevant updates.
• Access regional support and industry guidance more easily.
• Review and update company details.
• Make better use of directory promotion opportunities.

Initial response to the changes has been positive, with more members logging in and personalising their portal, which has driven an increase in engagement with resources, with one member saying, “The information available to members is excellent, helpful to the business, relevant, and current.”

Richard continues, “Every week, NFRC publishes information relating to the roofing sector and the wider construction industry. Whether that’s policy and external affairs, the Building Safety Act, or training and recruitment, we work hard to ensure our members stay informed. With My NFRC, accessing this information has never been easier.”

NFRC is encouraging everyone within member organisations to log in, explore the new portal, set their preferences, and ensure their company details are up to date.
