Building the Future of Roofing: North West Regional School and College Partnerships

To help tackle this head on in our region, your regional manager has reached out to over 400 schools and colleges across the North West to build direct pathways for student engagement and industry partnerships with a view to.

• Tackling the Skills Gap: Connecting directly with students where they learn is the most effective way to address recruitment hurdles at the source.
• Raising Awareness: Many young people and educators simply are not aware of the diverse, rewarding and skilled career paths available within modern roofing.
• Building a Local Pipeline: Establishing relationships with regional academic institutions creates a steady, local stream of enthusiastic candidates ready to enter the workplace.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get to the source of youth recruitment. By partnering with local educational facilities, Members can position their businesses as employers of choice, showcase the value of a trade career and help shape the next generation of roofing professionals.
