Pay Rates Update – Union Negotiations Continue
CIJC Employers notified the Trade Unions on 11 May of their final offer and are currently awaiting a response.
As a result, the originally scheduled implementation date of 29 June is no longer achievable. We understand Members' frustration that an agreement has not yet been reached and that revised rates are not available so close to the expected implementation date. NFRC remains in close communication with the CIJC and will publish the revised pay promulgation document on our website as soon as it becomes available.
