Westminster Insight Future Homes Standard Conference
The Government has now published its new Future Homes Standard (FHS), due to come into force in March 2027. Through government updates, panel discussions, and real-world case studies, this practical conference will cut through the complexity and give you the clarity you need to prepare for the FHS.
Ben will be joining a panel session on building capacity and skills, looking at ways to ensure supply chain readiness through boosting skills development, expanding access to solar technologies, and certification schemes to prove technical expertise. Key topics of discussion include:
- New timescales, expectations and requirements from the FHS
- Access to available guidance and support from the Government and sector partners
- How to scale up low-carbon solutions to deliver new homes: best practices from construction and development
- Workforce and supply chain readiness for the installation of PV Solar, heat pumps and smart technologies
