All ticket purchases are subject to a non-refundable booking fee of 1.5% of the VAT inclusive order value + £0.20*

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please email bookings@roofingawards.co.uk and state your booking reference number and the how many of your tickets you wish to cancel. Regrettably the booking fee is non-refundable and all refunds are subject to the following:
- Full refunds (less booking fees) if cancelled before 30 November 2023.
- If cancelled between 1 December 2023 and 31 December 2023: 50% refund (less booking fees)
- If cancelled between 1 January 2024 and 29 February 2024 25% refund (less booking fees)
- Cancellations on or after 1 March 2024, sorry no refund.
If you wish to sell/transfer your tickets to another company, please email bookings@roofingawards.co.uk so we can ensure we have all the correct guest information.
Hotel Rooms
We have negotiated a discounted room rate for attendees to the awards. This applies to a limited number of rooms only, on a 'first come - first served' basis. If you would like to take advantage of the reduced room rate, please use this link to book your room (approximately £100 discount over normal single occupancy room rate).
