For young people:

WNRTG are able to offer advice to anyone interested in seeking employment in the roofing industry.  There are many companies in Wales who are looking for youngsters to join their businesses, and WNRTG can assist with this process.

For employers:

WNRTG is a membership group and encourages Welsh companies to get in touch to ensure they are gaining full access to relevant training and any funding which is available in the area. Funding is available for all roofing NVQ level 2 qualifications.

Provision: What and where?

As no roofing training is offered in colleges in Wales, WNRTG provide NVQ level 2 Roof Slating and Tiling training at their premises in Caerphilly South Wales and in Coleg Llysfasi, Ruthin North Wales.

WNRTG also work closely with LRWA and SPRA to offer their NVQ level 2 if required.

Other qualifications offered include Project Controls Technician at level 3 and On Site Assessment and Training (OSAT) NVQs in all roofing disciplines.
