Competition details
The competition, covering the full spectrum of roofing disciplines, normally runs from January to December every year and thereafter, a selection of projects are short-listed in March with the winners announced at a glittering awards ceremony. A range of criteria is taken into consideration by the judging panel including the degree of difficulty, aesthetics, problem-solving, Health and Safety, workmanship and environmental qualities.

Industry Choice Award
The Industry Choice Award is open to everyone to vote for their favourite project from the shortlisted entries for the year.
Fowler McKenzie Ltd were announced as the Industry Choice winner for 2025 with their project, Ardgowan Distillery.
Local Hero Award
