Competition details
The competition, covering the full spectrum of roofing disciplines, normally runs from January to December every year and thereafte. A selection of projects are short-listed in mid to late March with the winners announced at a glittering awards ceremony. A range of criteria is taken into consideration by the judging panel including the degree of difficulty, aesthetics, problem-solving, Health and Safety, workmanship and environmental qualities.

Industry Choice Award
The Industry Choice Award is open to everyone to vote for their favourite project from the shortlisted entries for the year. Voting is open 19 March-16 April.

The SIG Local Hero Award recognises an individual who has gone above and beyond for their community. It honors individuals for acts of charity, community support, or helping others, such as raising money, volunteering their time or skills, or mentoring young people.
