The Government has launched a major consultation on late payments and retentions, issues NFRC has long campaigned against.

To make change happen, it’s vital that as many businesses as possible respond.

This page provides guidance to help you submit your own response, choose the option that works best for you.

The guides differ by how many reforms you respond to and whether you support abolishing retentions or protecting them via trust accounts. NFRC’s position is abolition, but as some Members favour protection, we’ve provided an alternative option.
