NFRC Ltd is currently looking for experienced candidates to fill the position of:
 
RoofCERT Sales Manager.
 
Hours: Full time - Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) 
Contract: Permanent 
Salary: c.£45K per annum (depending on experience) plus commission 
Reports to: Project Manager 
Direct reports: None
Location: Working from home, with frequent travel in London and across the UK

About the role. 
RoofCERT are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help NFRC to meet their accreditation scheme customer growth targets. You will be responsible for maximising the sales potential, developing sales plans and justifying those plans to the Project Manager and RoofCERT Management Board.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will help NFRC to meet their accreditation scheme customer growth targets and working with roofing companies and contractors to ensure that operatives are successfully onboarded onto the RoofCERT accreditation scheme. A key part of this role is to ensure you build and promote long lasting customer relationships and ongoingly manage our partnership development. 

Who we are looking for. 
To succeed in this role, you will have previous experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager, and will have consistently met or exceeded your targets. Ideally your experience will have been with another certification body in construction or another industry recognised scheme. You will have experience of designing and implementing strategic sales plans and have a proven track record of partnership development. As a motivated self-starter, you will be an excellent communicator, and be able to influence at all levels of the organisation. Networking and people skills are essential. Previous experience in a membership or accreditation environment and use of a CRM system are advantageous.
