NFRC is pleased to have collaborated with LRWA and The Single Ply Roofing Association (SPRA) to update the industry guide, which is aimed at all those involved in specifying and designing flat roofing and waterproofing systems.

Version 3 of the guide adds clarity on the update to Approved Document B in 2022 and the ban on combustible materials in and on the external walls of buildings, introduced in 2018, which now applies to hotels, hostels, and boarding houses – in addition to blocks of flats, hospitals, and student accommodation.
