Langley provide the perfect opportunity for those who wish to pursue a career in Roofing. We offer award-winning apprenticeship delivery in both Waterproof Membranes and Slating and Tiling.

We are currently developing the Environmental Roofer, which we intend to deliver very soon. Whether you are already in full time employment and looking to upskill or looking to gain employment, due to our extensive network of approved contractors, we can offer you the opportunity to join a reputable company local to you.

During the 18 – 24 months that you are on the course, our extensively experienced and friendly teaching staff will ensure you are receiving the finest and most up to date knowledge and skills, which will set you on your way to a successful career in the Roofing sector. On the successful completion of the Roofer Level 2 apprenticeship, you will gain an acknowledged awarding body level 2 certificate which will enable you to gain a blue skilled CSCS card.

Remember apprenticeships are for anyone of any age.

The industry is changing driven by the building safety act, it is imperative to for employers to invest in the employees, so they can gain relevant qualifications to demonstrate their skills competency.

Entry Requirements

To undertake a Roofer Level 2 qualification, you must meet the following criteria:

Be 16 years of age or above.

Be in full-time employed with a roofing installation company.

Course Location

The following course is delivered at our Daventry Training Centre, NN11 8YJ.

As we offer the CITB ‘Travel to Train’ grant for eligible apprentices, where CITB can fund 80 per cent of

accommodation costs and additional funding for travel, we are currently training apprentices nationwide.

Duration

18 - 24 months.

5-day blocks (Monday to Friday), every four weeks.
