NFRC Charitable Trust Inclusion Fund

NFRC Charitable Trust Inclusion Fund

The NFRC Charitable Trust was established to help the UK roofing community and their families. By offering financial help and practical support, this fund aims to make a positive difference to the lives of those working, or who have worked, in the roofing sector.

Training and upskilling form a critical part of social mobility. The roofing industry has a wide range of opportunities for expanding and developing the skills needed for a successful career.

The NFRC Charitable Trust Inclusion Fund is a one year pilot funding/grant process for NFRC members to design and deliver diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract or retain diverse talent.

Grants of up to £2,000 are available from the fund. Funding should be used for inclusion activities—these can include career insight days, site and employer visits, careers talks to local schools or community groups, online or practical insight sessions, additional equipment and PPE, or training staff on diversity and inclusion. This list is not exhaustive and we are keen to hear from members with a range of proposals.
